Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Photos of the damaged package
• Photos of the damaged product(s)

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

JaSHEEbah Essentials will gladly assist whenever possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted beauty and fragrance products, all sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the error was ours, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
